Today was a regular ole workday, had 3 claims (one got rescheduled woohoo!!). Claim 1, I showed up and the public adjuster claimed I never called him (I left 2 messages), so he wasn't there and asked to reschedule. Claim 2 was a full denial boooo but easy work for me. Guy was claiming a bush fell on his roof. How am I supposed to believe that? not even a tree branch, be so for real. Claim 3 was easy inspection only. The PA was wayyyy too chatty, like leave me alone. I have other things to do than talk to you about nonexistent fencing stain. And my boss transferred this difficult customer of mine to someone else so that was helpful. I probably should've been more productive but honestly, I am in a great spot heading into my days off on Thursday. I'm so ready for Mizzou homecoming this weekend!! MIZ-ZOU

I spoke with Brad for a while over the phone this afternoon. I really hope he's doing okay. I'm not sure if he deserves the situation he's in, but I'll always support him. I don't think he capable of what he's being accused of. He swears he didn't do it, and I want to believe him. I think it would break my heart to find out otherwise. As many problems as he has caused in the past, Brad is too close to me to give up on him. We'll always be real to each other, and that's hard to find these days. I don't have many people that just let me talk in the way he does. I needed someone like that. Everyone else always wants me to help them instead. I should probably help out with the phone bill though.

I bought tickets to MGK's "lost americana" tour!! I am SO excited!! I got good seats for not being on the floor, and they weren't overly expensive. I absolutely love MGK. I've seen him 3 times before, but all at festivals, so this will be the first time at a regular concert. I think I might go with my mom. I was in the presale and didn't make plans before purchasing tickets. BRB listening to all his songs on repeat....
